Our sessions take place on the same day and time each week, creating a consistent rhythm-one that allows your body, your nervous system, and your energy to feel safe enough to process, integrate, expand and hold the new frequency of you.

This package includes 12 consecutive weeks of 1:1 with Ashley Rae, with one 60-minute session held on the same day and time each week for 12 consecutive weeks. Your first session begins on the date and time previously scheduled following your purchase.

You may reschedule up to two sessions within the 12-week container. After the second reschedule, any missed sessions will be forfeited and cannot be made up or transferred. If you are unable to attend a session at your designated time beyond the two allowed reschedules, that session will be considered used.

By purchasing this container, you are committing to the full 12-week experience. This is a subscription-based offering created to make this work more accessible. Cancellation is not permitted. By enrolling, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of attendance or usage.
